Yes, provided that the carpet is not worn out. If the fibres are worn then the colour will not adhere to the fibres as they are damaged. Thus the added colour may not be permanent. In addition if some areas of the carpet are worn the dyes will adhere differently and thus the colour may not be consistent over the whole room.

Only wool and nylon carpets can be dyed, as they have what is known as dye sites. These are like little pockets that readily accept the dyes.

When a customer calls and asks for a quotation over the phone, we can only give an indicated or estimated cost over the phone on the information that you have given us. You can always send us a picture on WhatsApp if that helps. If you prefer a home survey and quotation, we can arrange this only when we have time and are passing, but at least you can have a rough idea of how much it is likely to be.

Yes, we are fully insured, we have £5 million public liability and risk treatment insurance in place because, with certain commercial work and contract work, that is what is now required.  This covers all of your furniture and belongings and also the items we are cleaning at the time just in case we have any accidents. And for your peace of mind, if you would like us to bring our insurance details with us to show you on the day you require the work to be carried out, then we would only be too happy to do so. In addition, we are also DBS checked for your peace of mind as we clean a lot of schools.

Yes, but it is best to keep within the original colour of the carpet, to say a deeper blue or red. To try and change red to blue would only give you a purple carpet as these two colours are primary colours.

Urine stains are bodily fluids and it depends on how long they have been left in the carpet. However, if they can’t be removed we can give you a certificate and invoice which you can then present as a claim to your insurance company adding our fees to the claim.
