Some fibres can be dyed and some cannot.
Some stains need removing, some stains have already removed the colour from the fibres, and thus are not stains at all, such as bleach.
However, a pet stain, for instance, is a colour gain. So, first of all, let us tell you what we can do for you.
Colour Gain
We can remove the colours that may have been added into the carpet or soft furnishings such as:
Urine, Pet Urine, Lilly Pollen, Mustard & Red Wine just to name a few.
Wine Stain
This is example is an unsightly wine stain in a hotel restaurant that was there for well over a year.

Turmeric Stain
This is a pure turmeric stain on a wool carpet. Here we have removed half of the stain to show you the difference.
This is a wool loop carpet and if you were to rub something in to try and take the stain out then you would damage the carpet because the fibres would “frizz”. Other household remedies will bleach the carpet and you may well lose the colour…
That’s not a problem for us, as we can add the colour back.
But with these sort of stains, we first try to remove the stain.
That way we have kept the integrity of the carpet, its fibres and retained the colour.

Colour Gain and Loss
Colour loss usually occurs when bleach or products with bleach additives, such as DIY carpet stain removal products are applied to the carpet which then turns the fibres whiter or orange crating an unsightly contrast to the affected area in comparison to the rest of your carpet.
This can also happen with:
Harsh Cleaning Products, Acne and Medication Spots (Benzol peroxide), Toilet Bowl Cleaners and similar.
That means that the colour is lost… BUT we can put it back!
Your Choice Of Colour
Also, you can get fading due to the ultraviolet rays from the sun. We just pop the colour back in or even change to a new colour of your choice.
